She alleged race discrimination after workplace complaints were not investigated, and also claimed a collective agreement contained discriminatory provisions. The decision was dated 21 April 2026. The WRC found there was insufficient evidence linking the lack of an investigation to race. It also rejected the collective-agreement complaint because no evidence was given on it.
