WRC dismisses Kelly O Sullivan's unfair dismissal complaint

The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Kelly O Sullivan's unfair dismissal complaint against Mowlam Healthcare after finding she had not prosecuted it. The decision was dated 3 February 2026. O Sullivan initially joined the remote hearing but disconnected and did not rejoin despite repeated contact attempts and a delay. She later said she had been unable to return; the WRC said it had no evidence before it to determine the claim.
