The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered Medilink Ambulance Ltd to pay Ethel Chivende €1,417 after upholding her complaint about unpaid wages for shifts worked in March and April 2025. The decision was dated 26 November 2025. Chivende told the WRC she had not been paid for those shifts and estimated 102 hours from her records. The company did not attend the hearing or provide attendance records. Adjudication Officer John Harraghy accepted her uncontested evidence.
