The Workplace Relations Commission directed Cork Lgbt + Pride Festival CLG, (in liquidation), to pay former development manager Kerry Mullaly €19,517 net for unpaid wages and commission. It also ordered the company to pay €5,520 for untaken annual leave. The decision was dated 10 December 2025.

WRC adjudication officer Thomas O'Driscoll upheld both complaints. Mullaly said commission earned from September 2024 and payable in June 2025 had been withheld, along with pay for hours worked. He also said statutory leave had not been granted or paid. The liquidator, representing the insolvent company, could not give contrary evidence. The adjudicator accepted Mullaly's evidence on the wage claim and found both complaints well founded.
