The Workplace Relations Commission directed Specsavers to pay Aoife Kahl €2,373.92 for one month’s notice pay it found was due and unpaid. The decision was dated 25 March 2026. Kahl said she repeatedly sought the payment after her employment ended. Specsavers did not attend the hearing. The WRC based its finding on Kahl’s uncontested testimony and documents, including correspondence in which the company had indicated the money would be paid.
