Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne dated the decision 29 May 2026. Arias Rojas told the WRC that wages and holiday pay due at the end of her employment had not been paid. The club did not attend the hearing, and the officer relied on the complainant’s uncontested evidence. The officer found that €3,537.80 in wages and holiday pay was unpaid, including holiday pay for 78.4 hours worked. The club was directed to pay €3,360 as net compensation; that is the award made in the decision.
