The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Ram Shah’s complaint that Aer Lingus misrepresented the terms of a two-week training course for a customer service role, including its 80% pass mark, no-resit policy and hourly rate. The WRC found he had not shown less favourable treatment as a fixed-term worker. It said candidates should be told the pass mark and resit policy before accepting an offer.
