The Workplace Relations Commission found Geraldine Rogers’s disability discrimination, victimisation and constructive dismissal complaints against Waterford And Wexford Education And Training Board not well founded. Rogers alleged inadequate accommodation and training led to her ill-health retirement. The officer found the Board had taken steps to accommodate her and found insufficient evidence of denied training or less favourable treatment. The victimisation and constructive dismissal complaints were also rejected. No award was made.
