WRC deems Elena Arabova-Michailidis’s Equal Status complaint unsuccessful

The Workplace Relations Commission deemed Elena Arabova-Michailidis’s Equal Status complaint against Grappling Industries Corp Grappling Industries Dublin legally not properly founded and unsuccessful. Adjudication Officer Michael McEntee’s decision was dated 15 May 2026. The complaint concerned alleged race and age discrimination, harassment and service provision in connection with a sporting competition. The adjudicator said the complainant’s representative’s conduct prevented the hearing from proceeding; the respondent’s representatives were present. The decision did not determine the underlying allegations, and no compensation was awarded.
