The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Daniel Constantin Popescu’s race discrimination complaint against Pharma Force Recruitment Ltd over his application for a Senior CSV Engineer role, finding he had not established facts that could support an inference of discrimination. In a decision dated 13 October 2025, WRC Adjudication Officer Úna Glazier-Farmer found the agency said the role had been filled and attributed a communication delay to the recruiter being on holiday and preparing to leave. The agency apologised for poor communication. No award was recorded.
