The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) rejected Marina Szatmari’s gender discrimination complaint against County Kildare FM Radio Ltd, trading as Kfm Radio. Adjudication Officer Bríd Deering dated the decision 17 October 2025. Szatmari said she was treated differently as a woman, citing management conduct and an email after she requested remote work. The company disputed the claim, saying the request was considered and approved, then extended to five days a week. The WRC found she had not established facts from which discrimination could be presumed.
