The Workplace Relations Commission found Bahar Dikme’s employment equality complaint against Awp Health &Life Sa Irish Branch Allianz Partners not well-founded, after neither party attended the hearing. The decision was dated 31 July 2025. Adjudication Officer John Harraghy said the parties had been notified of the hearing arrangements. Dikme had not sought a postponement or explained her absence, which the officer found unreasonable. He concluded there was no evidence supporting the complaint and found no discrimination.
