Adjudication Officer Catherine Byrne dated the decision December 16, 2025. Fernández Rodríguez alleged she worked beyond her contracted hours and did not always receive 11 hours’ rest between shifts. Iniscare argued that no alleged breach fell within the six-month period because she was no longer working. The WRC made no finding on whether either alleged breach occurred.
