WRC dismisses Artur Gadek’s three complaints after he misses hearing

The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) dismissed Artur Gadek’s complaints against Civilx Utilities Limited alleging unfair dismissal, failure to provide minimum notice and an industrial relations dispute. Adjudication officer Catherine Byrne’s decision was dated 16 September 2025. Gadek did not attend the hearing, and his solicitor told the officer he had no instructions regarding the complaints.
