The Workplace Relations Commission rejected Rudolf Csikos’s unfair dismissal, protected disclosure and minimum notice complaints against Keelings Logistics Solutions. The decision, dated 2 June 2026, found his dismissal for gross misconduct fair and proportionate, and concluded that his LinkedIn posts were not protected disclosures. No minimum notice payment was owed.
Csikos said his October 2024 posts raised workplace safety concerns and were protected disclosures, and argued his dismissal was unfair. He also claimed eight weeks’ notice. Keelings said the posts made unsupported allegations connecting the company to the deaths of two former employees, breached trust and justified dismissal; it denied they were protected disclosures. The adjudicator found no reasonable basis for the claimed connection between working time breaches and the deaths, and found the investigation and appeal substantially fair.
