The Workplace Relations Commission upheld three complaints by Jama Barre Adan against Bgs Security Limited and directed payment of €1,060.38 net in unpaid wages and €110.46 gross for an unsocial-hours premium and annual leave, less lawful deductions. The decision by Adjudication Officer Monica Brennan was dated 8 September 2025. Adan said he was not paid for 73.5 hours worked as a security officer, the premium for two overnight shifts, or 5.88 hours of annual leave. The WRC found the wages were unpaid and the premium and leave pay were due. BGS Security did not attend the hearing; the WRC found it had notice.
