The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered Rockabill Seafood Ltd to pay Louise Keely €4,615.40 after finding the company failed to comply with requirements for written employment terms. The decision, dated 17 April 2026, was made by adjudication officer Eileen Campbell. Keely also alleged constructive dismissal, saying workplace conflict and the handling of her grievance left her no reasonable option but to resign. The company denied her complaints and said it had provided her with a contract on her first day. The WRC rejected the constructive dismissal complaint, finding she had not shown the company’s conduct justified resignation and had not waited for the grievance process to conclude.
