The Workplace Relations Commission found Rhoda Masasula’s Payment of Wages Act complaint against Tiglin Challenge Ltd not well founded. Its decision is dated 21 October 2025. Masasula said she had been promised €17.79 an hour but was paid at €12.70. The employer said the advertised rate was €17.70, acknowledged an error and said it paid the outstanding €101.73 before the resumed hearing. Masasula did not attend that hearing, although she had confirmed receiving payment and still wanted a formal decision.
