WRC rejects worker’s dismissal and discrimination complaints against Sunbeam House Services

The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Edith Omoruyi’s unfair dismissal and Equal Status Act complaints against Sunbeam House Services, finding it had no jurisdiction.
