The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered Jacks At Pilgrims Rest Limited to pay Helena Wrenne €2,232.23 after finding that wages and payment for annual leave were owed. Adjudication Officer Gaye Cunningham’s decision was dated 8 April 2025. Wrenne said wages stopped in January 2024, although she continued working until May and received only partial payments. She claimed €2,072.23 remained unpaid, along with payment for annual leave when her employment ended. The company did not respond or attend the hearing.
