A Workplace Relations Commission adjudication officer found that J.M.S International Holdings Ltd Shanahan's On The Green owed former sous chef Piotr Fraszczyk €750 in unpaid wages, €700.50 in holiday pay and €4,500 in minimum notice pay. The decision was dated 4 April 2025. Fraszczyk said the restaurant closure left one week’s wages, 4.67 days of holiday pay and notice unpaid. The company did not attend the hearing. His statutory redundancy complaint was withdrawn after he received the redundancy payment.
