The Workplace Relations Commission awarded Maciej Piedel €876.90 after finding TH Golf Ltd, trading as Truffle Honey, unlawfully withheld wages during a renovation closure at Killarney Golf Club. The company said reduced seasonal hours were usual and alternative shifts had been offered.
