The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Robert Cantwell’s complaint that the Hse discriminated against him by failing to arrange a home visit for an orthotic assessment. Adjudication Officer Louise Boyle’s decision was dated 24 November 2025. Cantwell said he had been denied a home visit. The Hse said it explored options, arranged a visit and offered further discussion, but Cantwell declined the service. The adjudicator found the Hse had made efforts to arrange accommodation and that Cantwell had not established a prima facie case of direct or indirect discrimination.
