The Workplace Relations Commission found it had no jurisdiction over Oksana Puzanska’s unfair dismissal claim against Sodexo in a decision dated 1 May 2025. The adjudication officer found Puzanska remained an employee and lacked standing to bring the claim. Puzanska claimed Sodexo dismissed her because of absences, while Sodexo said she remained employed. The WRC therefore could not consider the unfair dismissal claim.
