The Workplace Relations Commission found Thypower Bankole’s constructive dismissal complaint against Petrogas Group Limited was not well founded. Adjudication officer Catherine Byrne dated the decision November 17, 2025. Bankole alleged bullying, mistreatment and intimidation after an injury-at-work legal claim, and said he resigned because he feared further allegations or dismissal. Petrogas Group Limited said its conduct did not justify his resignation. Byrne found he had not established a fundamental breach or unreasonable conduct, and had not used the grievance procedure to give the company a chance to address his concerns.
