The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) ordered Dotser Limited to pay Dean Kirlew €9,304.17 gross for unpaid September salary and €2,147.12 gross each for unpaid first-week October salary and notice pay. Adjudication Officer Marguerite Buckley’s decision was dated 1 May 2025. Kirlew, a global sales director, said his employment ended on 7 October 2024 when the company ceased trading. Dotser Limited did not attend the hearing. The WRC found he was an employee and upheld his wage claims, but rejected his redundancy-payment complaint because he had only three months’ service.
