WRC rejects repeated discrimination complaint against Waterford L.E.D.C.

The Workplace Relations Commission found Ricardo Trony’s complaint alleging discriminatory dismissal by Waterford L.E.D.C. Ltd was not well founded, because the same complaint had already been heard and decided. The decision was dated 3 April 2025. Trony said he brought the further complaint after being told at the earlier hearing that he had not identified the grounds of discrimination. The adjudication officer said the complaint could not be heard again; the underlying allegation was not reheard.
