Gibson alleged unequal task allocation and breaks, harassment by the head chef and race related victimisation. The adjudicator found no comparator had been identified and no prima facie case of discrimination had been proved. A separate unfair dismissal complaint was considered under the Industrial Relations Act and referred to a separate recommendation.
