The decision was dated 25 November 2024. Salim’s complaint concerned unpaid wages and holiday pay shown on payslips for the weeks ending 19 and 26 May 2024, and one week’s notice pay. The Adjudication Officer accepted that the sums were properly payable but had not been paid. The company did not attend the hearing despite being on notice.
