The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) directed Randridge International Ltd to pay Sarah Taylor compensation after upholding all three complaints over unpaid wages, holiday pay and notice. Its decision was dated 12 March 2025. Taylor said she was owed €932.34 in wages for the week ending 28 June 2024, €569.25 in wages for the week ending 5 July and €665.90 in holiday pay. The company accepted those amounts were owed. The WRC also upheld her complaint that she had not received eight weeks’ notice pay, finding her more than 15 years’ service entitled her to that notice.
