The Workplace Relations Commission ordered County Wicklow Community Partnership Clg County Wicklow Partnership to pay Elizabeth Dunne 17 hours’ pay in lieu of untaken annual leave. The decision was dated 12 December 2025. Dunne also challenged her retirement on age grounds and the end of her later fixed-term employment. The WRC found the age discrimination complaint was outside its jurisdiction because the later contracts she negotiated and accepted did not establish a continuum of discriminatory acts. Her notice, rest-break and written employment-detail complaints were not well founded; six other complaints were withdrawn.
