The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Luminita Covaci’s complaint against Corajio Unlimited Company T/A Mr Price, finding it not well-founded. The decision, by Adjudication Officer Eileen Campbell, is dated 18 May 2026.
Covaci alleged that she was refused entry to the retailer’s Tallaght store and claimed discrimination on race, disability and gender grounds, failure to provide reasonable accommodation and harassment. The retailer denied the incident occurred.
Campbell said the complainants’ accounts were materially inconsistent and found no incident report in the store or with its security company. She found the complaints were not supported by a presumption of discrimination and that no primary facts established harassment. No award was made.
