The Workplace Relations Commission found that Artur Allushi was not unfairly dismissed by Glenn Hurst and rejected his minimum notice complaint. At the hearing, the parties agreed Hurst was not his employer and that the correct respondent had been named in parallel proceedings; they did not pursue the complaints against Hurst.
