The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Maria Czub’s civil-status discrimination complaint against Catalyx and found she was not discriminated against, in a decision dated 17 February 2026. Czub did not attend the second hearing. The adjudication officer found she had notice of the hearing and a fair opportunity to attend, and dismissed the complaint for want of prosecution. Catalyx had denied discrimination and sought dismissal after her non-attendance.
