The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Luke Pearson’s three complaints against Cuddle Comfort Foods Ltd. after he did not attend a second hearing. Adjudication Officer Brian Dalton’s decision was dated 17 February 2025. Pearson alleged unpaid wages and expenses, late pay, unpaid holiday pay and missing payments after he gave notice. The company also did not attend the hearings. The WRC found the complaints were not well-founded because Pearson failed to attend; the allegations were not tested at the second hearing, and no award was made.
