The Workplace Relations Commission found a disability discrimination complaint against Booking.Com B.V. not well founded and made no compensation order. The decision, dated 11 December 2025, concerned Nadine Lattimore’s complaint under the Equal Status Act 2000. Lattimore alleged that Booking.com discriminated against her and failed to provide reasonable accommodation after an accommodation provider in Belfast refused her booking because she planned to bring her guide dog. Booking.Com B.V. argued that the accommodation provider, rather than the platform, supplied the accommodation service. The adjudication officer considered the accommodation provider to be the service provider.
