A Workplace Relations Commission adjudicator ruled on 3 March 2025 that Paula Bastos’s complaint against former landlord Mark Dilloughery could not proceed because required notice was outside the statutory time limit. No compensation was awarded. Bastos alleged Dilloughery refused three requests to complete HAP or Rent Supplement forms. He denied discrimination and said he had not received forms to sign. The adjudicator did not decide whether discrimination occurred.
