The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Roscommon Integrated Development Company Limited to pay Anthony Dockery €5,000 after finding it discriminated against him by failing to provide reasonable accommodation. The decision was dated 3 March 2025. Dockery said the delay in arranging workplace measures kept him from returning for 11 weeks after occupational health supported a phased return, causing lost income. The company said it had waited for equipment and health-and-safety measures. The adjudicator found it had wrongly interpreted the occupational-health reports as requiring adjustments before his return.
