The WRC rejected all three complaints brought by security guard Daoud Aoun against Musgrave Operating Partners Ireland Limited t/a SuperValu, making no award. The decision was dated 18 December 2024. Aoun alleged he was dismissed after being accused of incorrect clocking, claimed unpaid wages and holiday pay, and said he was called in during breaks. The company said it dismissed him for gross misconduct after alleged clocking-policy breaches and a disciplinary process. The adjudication officer found the investigation fair and accepted the company’s evidence on hours worked and break records. All three complaints were found not well founded.
