WRC rejects race discrimination complaint against CPL Healthcare

The Workplace Relations Commission found a race discrimination complaint against Cpl Healthcare Limited was not well founded in a decision dated 15 December 2025. Gediminas Gvazdauskas alleged that eligibility criteria in an HSE recruitment campaign indirectly discriminated against him on racial grounds and appealed after being removed from the recruitment panel. Cpl Healthcare Limited said it administered the campaign fairly and applied the HSE’s criteria, which Mr Gvazdauskas did not meet.
