The Workplace Relations Commission found Mary Travers’s complaint against The Mater Private Hospital about the withdrawal of an oncology retention allowance was not well founded. Travers said she expected the allowance to continue after her promotion to CNM II. The hospital said her new contract did not provide for it and that payroll had continued the payment in error. The WRC decision was dated 25 January 2024.
