The Workplace Relations Commission found Dariusz Przebieracz’s holiday pay complaint against Cedarglade Ltd t/a Super Valu The Hypercentre not well founded after he failed to attend a hearing. The WRC decision was dated 24 January 2024. Przebieracz said he believed he was owed annual leave pay when his employment ended. The employer said it had made numerous attempts to show that no money was owed. The adjudication officer was satisfied the hearing notice had been sent to the correct email address. Because Przebieracz did not attend to pursue the complaint, the merits were not decided.
