The Workplace Relations Commission found that Saffron Franey was not discriminated against by Six By Nico Dublin Fd Limited Six By Nico under the Employment Equality Act. The decision was dated 13 May 2024. Franey did not attend the hearings scheduled for December 2023, February 2024 and April 2024. The WRC said she had not established facts from which discrimination could be presumed. It noted that she had cited an examination, a dental appointment and hospital attendance when seeking postponements, but did not provide requested documentation about the later absences.
