The Workplace Relations Commission has ordered 360 Tech Engineering 360 to pay Paul Ingle €624.24 in unpaid wages after upholding two complaints under the Payment of Wages Act 1991. The decision, dated 31 July 2024, followed a hearing at which Ingle and the employer agreed that he was owed the money for about two weeks’ wages after working for the company for roughly three weeks. The employer conceded the claims and said it would transfer the payment, but Ingle later told the WRC it had not been paid.
