The Workplace Relations Commission directed Trinsic Software Limited to pay Stephen Gillen €11,523.11 gross for unpaid salary, four weeks’ notice pay and accrued holiday pay. The WRC also found Gillen entitled to statutory redundancy pay, subject to qualifying insurable employment.
