WRC finds five complaints by absent complainant not well founded

The Workplace Relations Commission found five complaints by Mr Ayomide Otitoola against BGSS Security Regus-Santry The Crescent Building not well founded after Mr Otitoola did not attend the hearing. The decision was dated 8 August 2023; the merits were not decided. The complaints concerned alleged breaches of the Payment of Wages Act and the Organisation of Working Time Act in relation to Mr Otitoola’s employment. The respondent also did not attend. The officer said both parties had been notified of the hearing and that no postponement had been sought.
