The Workplace Relations Commission found Rafal Kramek’s live wage complaint against Nolans Supermarket Limited not well founded in a decision dated 1 December 2023. A separate complaint was withdrawn at the start of the hearing. Kramek said pay increases had not been applied correctly and that he received no backdated payments after his hourly rate was corrected. The officer was limited by law to examining the six months before the complaint was received on 28 February 2023. Kramek accepted that he had received an increase to €11.90 an hour on 25 August 2022, just before that period began.
