The Workplace Relations Commission found that Wayne Kelly had not established facts supporting either of his disability discrimination complaints against CBRE GWS (Ireland) Limited. The decision was dated 21 October 2024. Kelly alleged that he was paid less than a comparator because of disability and that his workload was increased after a colleague left. CBRE said pay differences followed a benchmarking process and that work was allocated by task tickets. The adjudicator found the evidence did not support an inference of discrimination in either complaint.
