The Workplace Relations Commission found Lukasz Waliszewski’s complaints against Mc Arthur Group Limited Status Is Liquidation not well founded after he failed to attend the hearing. The merits were not decided. Waliszewski had brought 10 complaints concerning working time, employment information, industrial relations, unfair dismissal, minimum notice and the transfer of undertakings. The WRC said the issues appeared well out of time and almost certainly outside its jurisdiction, but the complainant’s failure to attend and prosecute his case meant the complaints failed. The decision was dated 3 November 2023.
