The Workplace Relations Commission ordered Aplandai Ltd to pay Maria Angelica Sandoval Prando €56,076.92 compensation after finding she was unfairly dismissed, and €15,675 gross for unpaid wages. Adjudication Officer Jim Dolan’s decision was dated 18 July 2025.
Prando said she received no pay for the final week of August, September and October, and 10 days in November 2022. The officer found her employment had ended without a procedure or process. The company did not attend the hearing.
